Privacy Policy

This page explains what RnBy.ai processes, why it processes it, and how workspace content and managed integrations are handled across the public site and private company workspaces.

What this policy covers

RnBy.ai provides private company workspaces, tenant-scoped knowledge, connected tools, approvals, and managed infrastructure for each customer company.

This policy covers information processed through the public RnBy.ai site, account sign-in flows, tenant workspaces, and platform-managed integrations such as document syncing, authentication, notifications, and hosting.

What RnBy.ai processes

RnBy.ai may process account details such as names, email addresses, tenant membership, permission tier, and sign-in activity needed to authenticate users and operate a company workspace.

RnBy.ai may also process workspace content and operational data that a customer or its users choose to place in the service, including knowledge documents, notes, records, uploads, connected integration metadata, sync status, and system activity logs.

How RnBy.ai uses information

RnBy.ai uses information to provision and operate tenant workspaces, keep tenant data logically separated, authenticate users, sync approved integrations, index company knowledge for retrieval, secure the platform, diagnose failures, and improve service reliability.

RnBy.ai does not treat one customer's workspace data as available to another customer. Connected integrations act only within the scope a customer admin or operator authorizes for that tenant.

Service providers and infrastructure

RnBy.ai uses platform infrastructure and service providers to host the product, store tenant data, authenticate users, send operational email, and run approved integrations. Those providers act on RnBy.ai's behalf to operate the service.

RnBy.ai does not sell customer workspace data. RnBy.ai may disclose information when required to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or complete a customer-requested integration flow.

Site and service analytics

RnBy.ai uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights across public and authenticated service surfaces to understand aggregate traffic, product usage, and performance. RnBy also uses Google Analytics on the canonical public site and account-onboarding pages to measure page visits, campaign attribution, lead submissions, email-verification milestones, and workspace-request completion.

Google Analytics uses analytics storage and pseudonymous device identifiers automatically on those public, sign-in, and onboarding surfaces. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, raw email addresses, names, verification codes, invite tokens, and workspace content are not sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics is disabled on private tenant dashboard and workspace-content surfaces. When a visitor requests a workspace, the pseudonymous analytics identifiers may be retained with that request long enough to connect its later approval and activation milestones to the original journey.

Customer control and retention

Customer admins and operators control which users can access a workspace and which integrations are connected for that tenant. They can update or disconnect supported integrations inside the product.

RnBy.ai retains operational and workspace data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, and support customer-requested workspace continuity, unless a different retention requirement applies.

Updates

RnBy.ai may update this policy as the platform, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
