Terms of Service
These terms describe the service RnBy.ai provides, the responsibilities of customer companies and their users, and the boundaries that apply to tenant workspaces and managed integrations.
Service scope
RnBy.ai provides private company workspaces, tenant-scoped knowledge systems, account access, operational tooling, and managed integrations operated through the RnBy.ai platform.
RnBy.ai may change, improve, or retire product features when necessary to maintain security, reliability, or service quality.
Accounts and tenant responsibility
A customer company is responsible for the people it allows into its workspace, the permission levels assigned to those users, and the data or integrations those users authorize inside the tenant.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and use the service only for legitimate company operations.
Customer content and integrations
The customer remains responsible for the content it places into RnBy.ai and for confirming that it has the rights needed to connect third-party systems, sync documents, and process company records through the service.
RnBy.ai may process customer content and integration data as needed to provide the workspace, keep tenant data isolated, run approved sync jobs, and maintain platform operations.
Acceptable use
You may not use RnBy.ai to break the law, interfere with other tenants, abuse connected providers, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or upload material that you do not have the right to process through the service.
RnBy.ai may suspend or restrict access when needed to contain abuse, protect the platform, or respond to a security, compliance, or operational risk.
Availability and support
RnBy.ai aims to operate the service reliably, but no online platform is uninterrupted at all times. Maintenance, provider outages, integration failures, and security events can affect availability.
RnBy.ai may use logs, diagnostics, and operational metadata to investigate issues and restore service.
Termination
RnBy.ai may end or suspend access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. A customer may stop using the service by working with RnBy.ai to wind down the workspace and connected integrations.
Updates
RnBy.ai may revise these terms as the product and platform evolve. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
